I had made an order at the Vincent Debonairs in East London on the 17th December 2022 the order took close to two hours and I called in to cancel and request a refund. I have yet to receive my funds, whenever I call the store I am Told to wait 3-5 business days it’s been way over that time now . I spoke to the manager Richard Govender yesterday and he advised he will make a deposit I have still yet to receive my funds. I am wasting my time and money calling the store every single day trying to get my funds back of R172.26 If I can get any assistance it would be great

I am so appalled On the 04/10/2020 i made a booking through bookings.com for a one night stay at Grandview Guest House in East London. I paid for the booking online on bookings.com and received the reference number: 2179622654 After i made the booking online i received a phone call from a gentlmen i am guessing he is working at the reception. he called and asked if he can watsapp me the location and i agreed and he proceeded to send the location. Upon arrival at the Guest house my partner and I went to the reception area to check in and we were checked and everything was fine. Once we got to the room we noticed that there was a fowl smell but the guy from reception assured us it was the stuffiness and should air out. We then noticed there were no cups or glasses in the room, my partner went to request these, when he got to the reception he was then told that the site does not work with bookings.com and that we will need to make another payment directly to them, i then went to reception to find out what is happening and the guy continued to say we need to pay as they do not work with bookings.com, i was then enquiring how i was able to book to through bookings.xom and how they were able to receive all my information, the guy refused to give me the number of the owner or at least a manager so we can atleast get proper answers. he then said he will pay it out of his money, i have never experienced such treatment and bad customer service, the receptionist had no idea what he was talking about, worst place to book at i definitely do not recommed anyone to go there
Theee worst service i have ever experienced, Telkom and finrite alike. I have been calling everyday to get feedback on my insurance claim, this is nonsence. After sending all relevant documentation on the 14/07/2020 i was told to await the excess fee sms. On the 20/07/2020 i was then advised the matter has been escalated with telkom it will take 3 to 5 business days. Its been 10 days now still no feedback i call everyday to be told the same thing that telkom has not given feedback, this is after holding on the line for 20 minutes, this is ridiculous , I WANT FEEDBACK ON MY CLAIM, I AM NEVER USING THIS RUBBISH NETWORK AGAIN

The most frustrating service i have ever encountered My new device was delivered yesterday (27/07/2020) I am currently using a prepaid MTN number the new device came with a contract number i want to continue using my existing number, i was advised to call activation's line to get this done before i call the insurance line to insure the phone . From yesterday to this morning i have probably spoken to 20 different people none if which have been able to help me. I have been given so many different excuses, told to wait for 2 hours NOTHING. The number still has not been loaded and i have still not insured my device. How difficult is this process?????Can someone please assist me to get this done. I was told a supervisor by the name of Sindiswa Mhlongo would help me but nothing still has been done, i just need my existing number loaded this should not be so difficult. MTN this is ridiculous honestly i feel like returning this phone it is more trouble then its worth

He had ordered a VERSACE tshirt and sneakers, however when the items were delivered the box was empty, we have gone up and down trying to get assistance however with no luck, we have been incontact with a gentlemen named Phil, however we have not gotten any assistance. The worst service i have ever experience My package was collected on the 27/05/2020, i paid for the 1 to 2 days delivery, my package is still sitting at the east london facility and not moving instead its been loaded and floor checked for the past 3 days. Hi I need a assistance. I have been with Auto and General car insurance for a year now, i have called more then 4 times requesting for the sticker for my car in the past few months. I have yet to receive it. I called my insurance broker at Oak sure as well twice and they said they will sent it. I have still received the sticker from both of these complies.
