Three Thymes Inn rude owner
One star is too much.
This owner is so rude to everyone, blames everyone but herself, cancels bookings once they have been confirmed and then to top it all off - withholds deposits paid saying " you won't tell me what to do" when I asked my money to be paid back.
Honestly - This owner should maybe get another hobby because hospitality is not her strongest quality. I really don't know why owners put their income on the line like this.
Thankfully there are a lot of other accommodation in the area.... and prettier.
I have also communicated to the wedding vendors, wedding venues and other venues in the area that this place should not be on their recommended list.

OMW.....As per your words - "I WILL CLOSE YOU DOWN IN 6 MONTHS". :) POA: She literally went to each and every POSSIBLE channel on the internet to tell you - or whoever wanted to read this - the story as per above. She is a liar. When i decided to cancel her booking - within my rights - i immediately requested her banking details in order to pay back her money. She refused. Maybe after discussing it with some reasonable family member it was sent to me and i IMMEDIATELY paid her back.
I have been in the hospitality industry for longer than you can count my dear. I dont need to be SHUNT around by some rude MILLENIAL, thinking the world owes her. Peoples personalities clash. Oil on fire. Move on. Make peace.
I AM STILL GOING STRONG BY THE WAY - and it looks pretty cool here when i look out from my office window.....
