Rental Deposit Refund from Thys Seymore Properties

Kindly assist I rented my property to thys more properties last year, and the tenant was struggling to make monthly payments, we decided to terminate the contract end of November, the agent came and assessed my property, we took photos and all the things that needed to be replaced or repaired, the tenant completely damaged my property, I had to do repairs from my own pocket, while I was waiting for the agent to refund the deposit, I asked several times when m I receiving the deposit, they not responding to me, I need assistance, I have spent a lots of money to fix my house at least if they can refund the deposit Thanks
