3rd world class service

I am a regular at Westville Tiagos. We are all 3rd world country, in good part through incompetence and poor customer service of managers. I purchase the Friday special every week, which comes with salad and a 2l cooldrink,usually Coke Zero, or Tab as my preference, cos i am diabetic. Until recently, they stopped carrying zero sugar drinks, so I opt for the regular Coke, and swop it at my next visit.

So, I accumulated 3 regular Cokes in my last 3 visits cos they do not stock Coke zero. Canubelieveit! I say to the manager, at least swop it for another cool drink with less sugar, like Cream Soda. Over 3 weeks he says that he cannot swop them. Yet, it is his product, and does not affect his stock
