NO WEEKEND/HOLIDAY STAY OVER RESORT

I move to Mokopane 2022 where I stayed at Tibani Holiday Resorts. They let stay in a chalet at the bottom but with all broken kitchen cutlery, pots, oven, even my fridge. To add I pay full prize like everyone else. The other chalets got up graded with electronic kitchen supplies, new couches, TV & cable anx more but not mine. I bought my own house gead from kitchen, couches, fridge, pots & pans, kettle everything. Then on December 2023 my car burned with out insurance so i went to rent a car so I didn't make payment o them but I spoke to them. In that month they told me to be out month end. Month end come and again I dont pay them due to rent & deposit in town but still I told him we can sit and agree on ayment to him. Stated swearing me keep all my furniture there then went to Police open a case of theft against me. (1-fork, 2-cups, small stuff). Then he send my work mails telling them I owe them money and they have to deduct money every month to pay him back. Ive got a SUMMONS last week to be in court again. Ill never suggest it to any one in that area there are muh more better places to go to.
