Been evicted of ******??
I've been renting from them for almost 2 years now. From the beginning I payed my rent plus deposit in 2 months and never been late for payment till November 2024 last year till March 2025 I was hospitalized and didn't receive salary. I've informed them early so they send me a debt acknowledgement letter with ridiculous payback amounts. I've told the rental lady telephonically it's to high but I've made every month R200 extra till agreement but nothing realized but I continue so. Then about 2 weeks ago I've complain about a kitchen zinc leaking. They send some guy after few days to fix when my dishes where to the roof. They guy came an broke the nut that tension the drain. I've reported it. After another day of waiting he came back saw I tried to make a plan to get some dishes washed asking me "WHAT AM I DOING? WHY DO I TAMPER WITH THE ZINK?" So I explain. Then things got heated where he started swearing me while he leaft. Next moment the boss phone me going of on me telling me I am ****** then drop the phone. Few day's later I get a eviction letter from rental company I'm must be out end of September 2025 due to bridge of contract (rent behind) and what happend with the gentleman in my house. Then my wife phone him make an appointment for the next day after work. She went there where his reception said his not there but the wife saw him walking into his boardroom. Then she "phoned" him where he told her my wife should come earlier he can't wait till 17h00 to see her. Then the reception said to the wife " it's not much about the money but what happened at the house" So if the boss tell me I'm a ****** without hearing my side and the rental agent as well but kicked me out of the house then this is much of a colour issue (******) matter here? Not one of the problems or issues here at the house where fixed from when I moved in here almost 2 years ago. I even slept with an open house because of a door that can't close. RIDICULOUS..!!

THE WORST CLIENT SERVICE IN ANY COMPANY IVE DELT WITH 0/10
<div>TOOK MY CAR THERE FOR A DIAGNOSTIC SCAN. GOT THE SCAN THE FOLLOWING DAY A 2 PAGER. SAID TO THEM TO FIX THE CONTROL ARMS & THE COILPACKS AS DISCUSSED ON MY QUOTE. THEN I RECEIVED A PHONE CALL 2 DAYS LATER THEY DONT FIND THESE COILPACKS ITS TO EXPENSIVE ITS A R1 000 A COILPACK MORE (×3). I TOOK THE PART NUMBER MADE A FEW CALLS AND GET THEM A LOT CHEAPER THEN THEY QUOTE ME FOR. GIVE IT TO THEM BUT TOLD THEM TO MAKE SOME CHANGES ON THE QUOTE. NEXT DAY GET A CALL FROM THEM TO COME TAKE MY CAR AND IF NOT THEY'LL CHARGE ME R175 A DAY. I WENT AND TOOK MY CAR AND ASK THEM TO PAY BACK MY 7K I'VE PAYED ALREADY. NO HE'LL PAY IT MONTH END. THEN DAY OR TWO LATER HE MESSAGE ME TELLING ME ILL PAY FOR THE PARTS AND LABOUR SEND ME A INVOICE FOR DOING NOTHING. SO PLEASE BE CAREFULL OF THOSE PEOPLE ESPECIALLY THAT MANAGER </div>

NO WEEKEND/HOLIDAY STAY OVER RESORT
I move to Mokopane 2022 where I stayed at Tibani Holiday Resorts. They let stay in a chalet at the bottom but with all broken kitchen cutlery, pots, oven, even my fridge. To add I pay full prize like everyone else. The other chalets got up graded with electronic kitchen supplies, new couches, TV & cable anx more but not mine. I bought my own house gead from kitchen, couches, fridge, pots & pans, kettle everything. Then on December 2023 my car burned with out insurance so i went to rent a car so I didn't make payment o them but I spoke to them. In that month they told me to be out month end. Month end come and again I dont pay them due to rent & deposit in town but still I told him we can sit and agree on ayment to him. Stated swearing me keep all my furniture there then went to Police open a case of theft against me. (1-fork, 2-cups, small stuff). Then he send my work mails telling them I owe them money and they have to deduct money every month to pay him back. Ive got a SUMMONS last week to be in court again. WORST COMPANY EVER..!!! BADEST OWNERSHIP FULL OF STORIES & PROMISES.. LEND MONEY FROM THEM BEFORE COVERT TIME PAYED THEM BACK ALL EVEN PAYED THE LAWYERS TO TAKE ME OFF ITC BUT STILL ON ITC. ITS BEEN 2 YEARS GOING FOR 3. PHONED HOM SEVERAL TIMES EMAILED THEM AS WELL BUT HE JUST PROMISE PLENTY OF LIES.. BULL****ER ALL HE IS..!! WATCH OUT I WARN YOU..!!

I think I'm one of many people who don't even know this company..? They keep making hard surges on my name. Can some do that without my knowledge? I'm trying for 2 years now to get my credit score up but it stays low.. ANY HELP OR GUIDANCE?
