Ott Nightmare

Nedbank ott cardless Withdrawal voucher expired. According to Nedbank and Ott, the funds were reversed back into their account.

I have made numerous requests for them to either refund my balance or reissue the ott but to no avail. They are still waiting for feedback from Ott, ( i also logged a ticket with them and got a response within the hour )

Only to be told that I need to pay a10% reversal charge, for what exactly when the funds have been returned to your account.
