Tictacbets changes and amends their terms and conditions as they please.

Can someone from this *****ulent business please explain to me, how it's legal to change and amend your terms and conditions as you please? As agent Bongiwe confirmed to me that once your account is fica approved it's approved for live, I do have proof of our live chat, as well as proof that my account was indeed fica verified for more then a month, but today after I made a deposit which I was told to do by agent Dire then I would be able to withdraw my winnings, suddenly it got requested that I resubmit my documents, then i also had to send selfies holding my I'd/passport which i did, and all of this because of what? Whats the reason a fica apprived account gets unfica'd right after a deposit has been made, and while it's not even supposed to be possible and sure as hell isn't legal. And not one of the 4 supposed agents are able to tell me whats going on, the only valid confirmation I received from Bongiwe is that once your fica approved it means your docs are in order and your approved forever.
