Air fryer scam

On Black Friday 2021 this company Tidee had a special on Air fryer for R929, a year later and no air fryer or my money back. My order nr is #8282B2 I did sent messages on face book but no response, sent email no response.

And I an not the only one there is 2 more people that is working with me.
