Bunch of liars
Please don't ever buy from this dealer. we bought a Kia picanto from them about 2 years ago. We only had the vehicle for 8 months and we had to do the whole engine. I phoned them and asked why is it like this and he said that he don't know. He went to kia to have a look and kia also told him that the vehicle was in a accident before but still he didn't believe it. He think that we are children who doesn't understand vehicles. When we bought the vehicle we asked him if the vehicle was in a accident and he said NO. And that is a lie. We took the vehicle to Kia and they confirmed that the vehicle was in a accident before. Tiffany car sales never even tried to help us in this matter. I work for a panelbeating shop and decided to let the guys polish the vehicle because i'm doing it for my husband's birthday. Then we saw that there's body patty on the bumper. So we decided that we will fix it. We took of the bumper just to realise that the bumper was fixed with super glue and put back with wood*****s. Tiffany car sales is lying to customers and i will NEVER refer someone there. Bunch of liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

The complaint was lodge by YOU at MIOSA the case was investigated and closed. KIA WORKSHOP did not stated on their report that the vehicle was in a accident the vehicle was at KIA WORKSHOP only for overheating due to a pipe burst after more than a year. (After date of purchase) Sorry that you feel so sad after more than 2 years but please choose your words correct before you accused and state someone or a business is a "Bunch of Liars"

I did not mention any names like you did and don't even try to threaten me like you threaten Mr Raymond with his review. Did you forget we are staying in south africa and we have freedom of speech. I don't want any money from you regarding this review. So don't worry about that. Just to make it very clear WE bought the 2012 Kia Picanto CASH from you. We took this as a lesson learned in life not to trust any second hand car dealer from now on. You keep denying you are NOT a bunch of liars. Well let me proof to you that you are. There was no pipe burst on this vehicle as you have clearly said in your reply to my review. I will proof you wrong. I have photos from Kia as well as a report from a approved technician from Kia what the real cause was regarding this and that they need to overhaul the engine. With this review i just want to warn people not to trust you or think twice before conducting any business with you. I hope you see this review as a positive criticism on how you do business. Customer assistance, satisfaction and care is one of the most important pillars of business and we never got it from tiffany car sales. I'm anxiously awaiting for a response from you, hopefully without any lies as you have answered me on your first reply to my review. I just wish that i could have put the photos as well as the report on Hello peter for everyone to see.
