I am extremely disappointed with the service and the vehicle quality from Tiffany Car Sales. I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Utility 1.4 A/C on 21st October 2025 through my business, and was assured the vehicle was in good working order. Since taking delivery, several faults have emerged that clearly existed at the time of sale. Initially, I paid for minor repairs for items sold as "functioning," but since then, more serious latent defects have been identified that materially impair the vehicle’s safety and utility. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the dealer has been unhelpful. Because these defects are material and were not disclosed at the point of sale, I am now seeking a full cancellation of the sale and a refund. I expected better transparency and after-sales support from a dealership of this size. I cannot recommend Tiffany Car Sales based on this experience

I choose cbk motors to review the cars.Tiffany assist me by choosing my dream car.Tiffany was so friendly,lovely and caring.she helped me with finance and I received my car so quickly within a week.Tiffany gave us an excellent service,everything was perfect 👌.im giving her 💯 she deserves it.i love the smile that you gave us also thank you Tiffany well done 👏

The sale consultant was very rude instead of being polite and offering a deal to put the amount I have down as a deposit for a vichle said I could only buy an engine for the price I was looking for a car. Would never and will never buy or recommend them after receiving such a horrible answer and you have a person like that working for your company? Please ensure you have proper training to deal with customers as he could've made a sale but instead will insult a person as he is after high commission.

Please don't ever buy from this dealer. we bought a Kia picanto from them about 2 years ago. We only had the vehicle for 8 months and we had to do the whole engine. I phoned them and asked why is it like this and he said that he don't know. He went to kia to have a look and kia also told him that the vehicle was in a accident before but still he didn't believe it. He think that we are children who doesn't understand vehicles. When we bought the vehicle we asked him if the vehicle was in a accident and he said NO. And that is a lie. We took the vehicle to Kia and they confirmed that the vehicle was in a accident before. Tiffany car sales never even tried to help us in this matter. I work for a panelbeating shop and decided to let the guys polish the vehicle because i'm doing it for my husband's birthday. Then we saw that there's body patty on the bumper. So we decided that we will fix it. We took of the bumper just to realise that the bumper was fixed with super glue and put back with wood*****s. Tiffany car sales is lying to customers and i will NEVER refer someone there. Bunch of liars!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Worst service available. (I am in retail so i know a little bit about customer service.) I saw a vehicle that I was interested in on their Website and contacted them. We did vehicle finance but the rate that Wesbank was offering me was ridiculous so we decided to do the deal on my wifes name as the current car I have were also on her name. On Friday 17 August the paperwork was sent through. Monday afternoon I sent a whatsapp to the dealer asking to tell me how the deal was going. he ignored me flatout. I decided to leave it until the morning. When i phoned him i was told that he was not in the mood for the banks so he sold the car cash. this is totally unacceptable as he was the one who told me he had an offer but that is not how he does business and then does it anyway. They are liars, bull****ters and does not have a clue how to conduct business. i will never ever call them or tell someone to try them. they can close their doors for all I care.

<p>Seller mentioned that his reputation in the province is excellent with buyers purchasing over the phone. <br />Vehicle in question was to be sent for 101 test, the seller says that after that we will see.He mentioned that there others interested in the vehicle.<br />I had arranged for a person to see the vehicle that afternoon at 5pm, seller does not answer the phone then eventually does.Purpose of the call was to confirm the appointment and get directions. Seller says his busy with a client and cant help right now.<br />A day later I phone, Farnos - the seller tells me that the vehicle was sold at 4:30pm and the papers were signed. I ask when i phoned at 5pm why did you not tell me this, why did you waste my time.<br />Seller says i dont have to answer to you.<br />Professionalism 0/10<br />Trustworty 0/10<br />Etiquette 0/10<br />Businesses like this should be thrown into a third world country because we as South Africans pride ourselves on good old fashioned customer service.</p>
