Excellent service all round. Good communication skills, punctual with appointments.
Subject: Formal Complaint – Unresolved Billing & Service Issues Dear [Company Name] Team, I am extremely dissatisfied with the appalling experience I recently had with your accounts department. I spent over an hour being transferred between departments and consultants, only to finally speak to someone who assured me that my profile had been updated and the required changes made. Unfortunately, this turned out to be completely untrue. As an existing customer who downgraded my device/contract, I had already paid the current month’s installment on the same device. I therefore required either a refund or a pro-rata credit to avoid being charged double for the same rental. In addition, the additional installation fee was meant to be deducted only with the next debit order. Both of these concerns were supposedly “addressed” and “noted,” yet neither was actioned. This not only wasted my time but also highlighted the lack of communication and accountability between your departments. Calls are apparently recorded, but clearly never reviewed or referenced when resolving issues. It is unacceptable for a company of your size and reputation to operate with such incompetence. Experiences like this make me question the value of loyalty when a simple request turns into a prolonged and frustrating ordeal. I expect the following: 1. Immediate processing of the pro-rata refund/credit owed. 2. A formal apology for the poor service and wasted time. I trust this matter will be resolved promptly. Regards, Ridhwaan
Takealot dispatch incorrectly without checking and had sent a package from their supplier containing 4 items of the same. I had ordered 1 item only to find that 4 were delivered. A week was given in order for them to realise their folly but no news. A return was then submitted allowing for the excess 3 items to be returned. A note was made so no refund was necessary. This is the the highly upsetting and annoying bit. I get no Thank You, no voucher and no feedback at all. Hello ! The returned goods were valued at R2400. Catch a wake and sort out your house. Be polite when others return goods delivered in error. Say thank you and give a small portion back as a token of appreciation.

Seller mentioned that his reputation in the province is excellent with buyers purchasing over the phone.
Vehicle in question was to be sent for 101 test, the seller says that after that we will see.He mentioned that there others interested in the vehicle.
I had arranged for a person to see the vehicle that afternoon at 5pm, seller does not answer the phone then eventually does.Purpose of the call was to confirm the appointment and get directions. Seller says his busy with a client and cant help right now.
A day later I phone, Farnos - the seller tells me that the vehicle was sold at 4:30pm and the papers were signed. I ask when i phoned at 5pm why did you not tell me this, why did you waste my time.
Seller says i dont have to answer to you.
Professionalism 0/10
Trustworty 0/10
Etiquette 0/10
Businesses like this should be thrown into a third world country because we as South Africans pride ourselves on good old fashioned customer service.
