Not in the mood to do finance
Worst service available. (I am in retail so i know a little bit about customer service.) I saw a vehicle that I was interested in on their Website and contacted them. We did vehicle finance but the rate that Wesbank was offering me was ridiculous so we decided to do the deal on my wifes name as the current car I have were also on her name. On Friday 17 August the paperwork was sent through. Monday afternoon I sent a whatsapp to the dealer asking to tell me how the deal was going. he ignored me flatout. I decided to leave it until the morning. When i phoned him i was told that he was not in the mood for the banks so he sold the car cash. this is totally unacceptable as he was the one who told me he had an offer but that is not how he does business and then does it anyway. They are liars, bull****ters and does not have a clue how to conduct business. i will never ever call them or tell someone to try them. they can close their doors for all I care.

data going missing
Please call me urgently! I've tried 4 times phoning you because of dissapearing data (3gb in 2 hours to be exact and cannot get someone to talk to me! 2nd time I had to post on this forum for Vodacom to fix my Contract! my phone is lying next to me but I get notifications that my data is running out and I'm not even using the phone! Please contact me urgently!

STEALING MY AIRTIME
I've had a contract phone from vodacom for not even one month and are furious already! I received my 350 rand airtime as per Uchoose 350 on the 2nd of February (which I paid for). On the 2nd I bought R 249.00 data bundle which left me with R100.00 airtime left on my phone. Made 4 calls which totaled about 3 min. Today I checked my balances just to be shocked that I only have R 5.34 left! I did the sms to see if there are any wasps services and came back negative. WHERE THE HELL IS MY AIRTIME? If this is how you steal airtime and my money you can kindly cancel my contract immediately. I request a bill per line where my airtime has gone and for what it was used. Please do not tell me that you cannot see that Info. We all know you can.
