I am extremely disappointed with the service and the vehicle quality from Tiffany Car Sales. I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Utility 1.4 A/C on 21st October 2025 through my business, and was assured the vehicle was in good working order. Since taking delivery, several faults have emerged that clearly existed at the time of sale. Initially, I paid for minor repairs for items sold as "functioning," but since then, more serious latent defects have been identified that materially impair the vehicle’s safety and utility. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the dealer has been unhelpful. Because these defects are material and were not disclosed at the point of sale, I am now seeking a full cancellation of the sale and a refund. I expected better transparency and after-sales support from a dealership of this size. I cannot recommend Tiffany Car Sales based on this experience
I would not purchase a vehicle from Tiffany Car Sales (F****). He sells vehicles that are defective and does not even try and assist in resolving it. Broken AC Uses Oil Uses Coolant
<p>I have been trying to cancel my Telkom LTE contract since the 1st May 2017. the speed quality is horrific and is slower than my previous 4 meg ADSL that was at a fraction of the cost. The assistance from the Telkom shop in Cresta was ok but as soon as it was handed over to their technical department for speedtest the service is even more horrific than the LTE speed. <br />Its been two and a half months and three answered calls and three missed calls later and I still have not had a confirmation date to come check the LTE speed. I have speedtest records since November 2015, i have also installed a booster arial on recommendation of Telkom but still no luck. I requested previous assistance from Telkom and never heard from them.<br /><br />everytime they phone its the same story "I'm calling regards case Number ********** 7, what is the problem?" <br />So i explain the whole issue again, its been Four times!<br />We have to send a technician out, someone from technical will phone. <br />I know this already because you are the fourth person who has told me this but no-one from techincal ever phones!<br /><br />It's pointless, I have been paying for an LTE contract @ R999/month for the last 2,5 months for no reason as its disconnected and I have Fibre.<br /><br />someone needs to sort this out ASAP or I will just cancel all my telkom services mobile and Landline.</p>
