I am extremely disappointed with the service and the vehicle quality from Tiffany Car Sales. I purchased a 2017 Chevrolet Utility 1.4 A/C on 21st October 2025 through my business, and was assured the vehicle was in good working order. Since taking delivery, several faults have emerged that clearly existed at the time of sale. Initially, I paid for minor repairs for items sold as "functioning," but since then, more serious latent defects have been identified that materially impair the vehicle’s safety and utility. Despite multiple attempts to resolve this, the dealer has been unhelpful. Because these defects are material and were not disclosed at the point of sale, I am now seeking a full cancellation of the sale and a refund. I expected better transparency and after-sales support from a dealership of this size. I cannot recommend Tiffany Car Sales based on this experience
