Cross and blackwell mayonasie with insects

On 27 February 2025 I bought cross and blackwell mayonasie, 28 February I opened first one to my supprise it was already opened with insects, and got dirty lid,I reported to them sending pictures that shows insects and rust.they keep on responding asking me to resend and even gave me whatapp number to send pictures.I am telling you peaple until today no one responded from them.I am still stack with risk full bottle of mayonasie scared. It is such a shame somewhere they responded back to say (no insects seen on the flour) while I query for a bottle of mayonasie.
