In November 2015 I made a booking for a sunset cruise for 301/01/2016 , Nahieda Isaacs told me there was space but required payment within 7 days of receiving the quotation, unfortunately I didn't have that amount right away. I contacted her when I had the money in 01/12/2015, she told me she has placed me on a waiting list. She couldn't tell me though of when will I get confirmation of the booking which I found strange. When I contacted her on 13/01/2016 she told me the slot I was on the waiting list for was now privately booked. Why place me on the waiting list when the slot is privately booked? She told me there were 2 more slots, one was too much of a short notice, the other one she told me it wasn't confirmed yet. She also told me that availability could change without prior notice to me. So with Tigger 2 Charter clients must call to check on status? I found Nahied dishonest and unprofessional and can run Tigger 2 Charters to the ground like this.
