Last week my daughter got to school late after I dropped her early to the station. Today it took her an hour and a half to get from Omuramba to Pionner Village. I've called their customer services only to be left holding for 15 minutes until the call got disconnected. Their service is becoming ridiculous.

Vodacom keeps on billing me for Advance airtime that i never purchase. I feel robbed and it's irritating me.
I purchased my VOLVO V40 D2 KINETIC in SEPTEMBER 2015. 2016 looked good BUT 2017 has been a nightmare. This car is forever and a day giving me warnings on the dashboard. I've lost count of how many times I've taken it to the dealer for repairs. The final straw was yesterday (04/12/2017) when I called the service Manager, Neil and reported that my car is giving me a 'OIL SERVICE' warning and 'DIM LIGHTS FAULTY' he told me to drive the car until it's due for service which is 2018, I mean really????????????????? When I told him that I had the car serviced in September 2017, he said he doesn't know what's wrong with it..I mean without even checking it. I've been dealing with VOLVO CAPE TOWN and thought they had the worst service, I'm quite shocked to see that VOLVO BEDFORDVIEW, SOMERSET and BOKSBURG are also not good. That explains why VOLVO is not a popular brand. When I bought this car it was brand new, only God know why is it so problematic within a year and half of having. I'm sick and tired of it, it is the first and the last VOLVO car I'm driving.
On Friday 25/03/2016 I purchased a Family Feast Meal but the price the cashier quoted me was different to the one on the brochure. She had to call the Manager as I was refusing to pay more than what was on the leaflet. The Manager, Arnold told me it's not his problem that KFC hadn't printed updated leaflets. I find that extremely rude and unprofessional to talk to a customer like that. I even told him that I will take this up and report it to HelloPeter he told me he didn't care. It is unacceptable for a customer to be treated this bad. Something needs to be done.
In November 2015 I made a booking for a sunset cruise for 301/01/2016 , Nahieda Isaacs told me there was space but required payment within 7 days of receiving the quotation, unfortunately I didn't have that amount right away. I contacted her when I had the money in 01/12/2015, she told me she has placed me on a waiting list. She couldn't tell me though of when will I get confirmation of the booking which I found strange. When I contacted her on 13/01/2016 she told me the slot I was on the waiting list for was now privately booked. Why place me on the waiting list when the slot is privately booked? She told me there were 2 more slots, one was too much of a short notice, the other one she told me it wasn't confirmed yet. She also told me that availability could change without prior notice to me. So with Tigger 2 Charter clients must call to check on status? I found Nahied dishonest and unprofessional and can run Tigger 2 Charters to the ground like this.
I purchased a Daddy's Deal voucher for a set of necklace and earrings. Collection was supposed to be 3 weeks of voucher purchase, I received an email last week which marks 2 weeks of my voucher purchase telling me that a mistake was made, the deal was not available. I mean are they being for real? why advertise a deal that is sold out? So to all customers out there, careful when buying Daddy's Deal's voucher you just might be told the deal is out of stock before you even get it after they've taken your money. I will never buy anything from them. their service is pathetic
I'm so sick of Vodacom and their crooked billing. i just paid R270.00 instead of R258.00 for contract 076 150 7991. The person i asked couldn't answer me of why do i have to pay R12 more. Oh God i regret taking up these contracts and wouldn't advice anyone to take up any contract with Vodacom. I feel like fastforwarding this pathetic 2 years and be done with crooks of Vodacom
Groupon is such a pathetic company. i've cancelled 2 deals ( GRPZARVX4COX and Grpzari00a1t) with them but nobody cares to call me and give me feedback of where in the process are they. I just spoke to some Nureen Leeman that keeps on giving me bits and pieces of information because she doesn't know everything..that's what she told me. I find this pathetic and appalling that after GROUPON sold me an old broken NOKIA LUMIA phone, now i am the one that runs around making phone calls to check when my refund will be done. My advice to GROUPON would be to stick to food vouchers, you have no business selling used and old electronics and pretends as if they are new. Sies
After complaining on HelloPeter i got a call from a Consultant on 01/04/2015 at 3:15pm claiming my bank was rejecting the stop orders, which was a lie according to my bank. I went to make payment myself for the account (0761507991) on 02/04/2015 when i got to the Vodacom Shop my balance was now R358 instead of R258. At Vodacom shop nobody could tell me what the extra R100 was for so i didn't pay for it I only paid for the R258 that i know about. I got home and saw an sms has been sent about deducting the R258 from my account on the 28th. Vodacom is confusing the piss out of me. Why didn't the consultant mention the extra R100 when he called me?. They will to have to reverse it because i'm not going to pay for it. And while we are at it I will continue making the payments myself instead of them debiting my account because clearly they will take more than what they are supposed to. I regret taking up these contracts, if i had my way i'd return these stupid tablets.
