Horrible vendor, Daddy's deals helped out
I bought a voucher for a vendor. But the vendor was ************ in their dealings with me. It was a horrible experience and they really dulled my festive experience. I brought this to the attention of Daddy Deals and they were extremely apologetic and refunded my money immediately. Even though it was not their wrongdoing but that of the vendor. I commend them for this.

Horrible vendor, Daddy's deals helped out
I bought a voucher for a vendor. But the vendor was ************ in their dealings with me. It was a horrible experience and they really dulled my festive experience. I brought this to the attention of Daddy Deals and they were extremely apologetic and refunded my money immediately. Even though it was not their wrongdoing but that of the vendor. I commend them for this.

Disappointing deals
Despite advertising a product (deal) the site and cart say its unavailable. Then when I try contact the vendor, I get rude messages telling me to pay full price and stop threatening them. All I did was say I need to inform Daddy's Deals that the deal isnt working / is unavailable. Vendors need to meter their tome with paying clients and Daddy's Deals need to control these exchanges between vendors and paying clients. Their website failing to work is certainly not my problem. Very unprofessional service all round.

POOR POLICY

Daddy deals refund request
Hello Peter please come to my rescue, The worst customer service I have ever experienced. I fully paid Daddy deals for a reservation at Haartebees, they confirmed receipt of my money and provided voucher to claim my stay. When I called to confirm my booking, I was then told that there are no spaces available. Therefore I requested for a refund from Daddy deals and since then no one has been able to assist me. At this point I am not sure if I can advise people to pay for reservations through Daddy deals because their silence confirms that they ran away with my hard earned money and unprofessional. I cannot believe how many times i have been on the phone trying to get help.

Daddy's deals sells vouchers of non existing vendors and refuses a refund
I bought a voucher on 15/09/24, which is valid until 31/12/24. On 20/12/12 I tried to use it. The vendor's email was not answered. The vendor's number seems permanently "currently not available". We drove around and even asked 5 centre management employees from Access Park, none knew about the vendor. Maybe it never existed in the 1st place. I asked for a refund same day, but Daddy's Deal is denying a refund although voucher is still valid. This is undue enrichment and a ****. Stay away from Daddy's (****) Deals.

Poor assistance
Spent R400 purchasing a voucher for a spa treatment, we are human and had a work commitment that made me have to be out of the country and was not able to keep up with the expiry of the voucher, reached out to the owner of the spa to ask for an extension and was given such a poor reply that i cannot assist because of the voucher being expired, people are human i purchased the voucher for a big amount and now only asking for an extension. I dont understand how we cannot have a position of sympathy its not as though im asking for a refund.
