I bought a voucher for a vendor. But the vendor was ************ in their dealings with me. It was a horrible experience and they really dulled my festive experience. I brought this to the attention of Daddy Deals and they were extremely apologetic and refunded my money immediately. Even though it was not their wrongdoing but that of the vendor. I commend them for this.
What horrific service I received from this hospital. The doctor who saw to me treated me like dirt. There was literally NO respect. He also had zero communication skills. When I felt well again, I sent through a complaint (btw, don’t waste your time filling in their survey, they admitted that they don’t check it). They ignored and ignored my complaint and finally only got back to me in June with feedback. They decided that the doctor was only partially wrong and then proceeded to not apologise. They apparently took bloods from me for a blood test, but I didn’t even know a blood test was done till I was slapped with the bill. I have yet to hear of those results. This is a factory, not a hospital and I would not suggest patients go here. They will milk your medical aid and just not give you the service you require.
Worst customer service ever. My issue was finally resolved with me just cancelling my contract. The person helping me REFUSED to be helpful. Would not recommend this service provider. They WILL debit your account will additional charges and refund NOTHING. They just ‘credit’ your account and expect you to ‘buy’ something additional from them as compensation for their f-ups. Don’t ever make the mistake of choosing Cell C
Cell C needs to reassess the way it treats its customers and the way their staff handle issues. While I get that everything is on a computerised system and there is little handling of an account on customer to customer basis, the constant harrassing from agents and having to re-explain a situation that has to be done by the customer to each new agent that picks up that number is frustrating. None of the agents know each other to be able to communicate with each other, to know what is happening with a case before picking up the phone and harrassing the customer again. I currently have a case opened with Cell C and refuse to pay the large amounts of money they are charging me for mistakes on the part of their agents. However, because everything is so systemized and computated, they have little handle over who has contacted the client, what the client has said and what is the current status of the case. I find myself rexplaining this 100 times. When I ask what is the status of my case, because they have no access to this and not a clue as to what is going on, they rudely cut the call or cut you off midsentence. This is reeeeeeeally rude and bad bad bad customer service. Please look into this.
Still no proper form of recourse. This company CANNOT solve an issue. Customer care has no clue what’s going on.
Cell C does not have the capacity to deal with customer issues. They just have agents who know nothing about the case and call the customer with zero resolutions only to demand what Cell C thinks is right and the only resolution. Its pathetic!
Very poor customer service. All their agents want to do is make a sale. You can be a customer of Cell C's for more than a decade and they will still just treat you like a number. They do not appreciate good customers. I never missed a payment but they refuse to be helpful.
I had really bad experience in terms of customer service and feedback. While the person I dealt with was nice and pleasant, the services provided was not up to standard. The registration attorneys made me pay an additional fee because Schindlers had made them wait for long for the documentation for my transfer. I was also charged by Schindler for the registration of an account with City of Joburg. They did not provide this service though and I had to do it myself. When I enquired why they had not done this, I was told it was a foresight on their part and they will refund the money. Then they replied with a costing list saying I wasn't charged. I showed the pro forma document with the original costing they gave me and the amount paid to them as well as the shortfall on their part. They have since not responded to me. I tried following up and still no response. I would not suggest this firm for its bond transfer services.
