Tile Africa 12 year's warranty Verona Tap Issue faulty
I am disappointed with the service I received at Tile Africa. I purchased Verona taps on sale as a budget option for my bachelor units, but unfortunately, one tap failed during installation on 01 March 2026, spraying water. I returned it to the store on 02 March 2026, and was told they could not assist because my plumber used putty. I explained that the tap failed and the plumber was only trying to fix it. The sales assistant took the tap to the manager, he then returned it saying nothing could be done. Due to this experience, I had to refund the third tap to avoid further issues. The tap comes with a 12-month warranty, so I do not understand why an exchange, repair, or proper resolution was refused. I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly. Please advise how Tile Africa can resolve this matter, whether by replacement, repair, or refund.

Just wanted to give you a shout-out for the exceptional service I received from Hazel. She's a true team player and sets a great example for her colleagues. Tile Africa woodmead. A disgrace
So I went to Tile Africa 2 weeks back to buy broken tiles for a project I am busy with at home. I got a very helpful gentleman who assisted quite well. Today I went again looking for the same thing. I was charged Quadruple what I paid last time even though the package was way less then what I had previously purchased. What annoyed me from today's experience was the fact that the manager of the store(Some lady) and 1 of his staff where laughing at me when I was questioning this price. They showed no respect for me only contempt. They made me feel like they were doing ME a favor by selling me those. I have never come across such a behavior as a client.The young man was way younger than me but he was extremely arrogant and the Manager never saw it fit to curb the condescending behavior. TILE AFRICA WOODMEAD...please educate your staff that every client and every cent contributes to the success of the company and in ensuring that they stay employed.

Horrible service
Tile Africa- Pietermaritzburg Horrible service, they very rude and don’t take or even acknowledge how they treat their customers, I highly don’t recommend even dare shopping at this shop. Disgusting!

Very disappointing - will not be back
Terrible overall experience with Tile Africa Kennilworth. The shower seals on our unit lasted a little over a month. After nearly a month of back and fourth email correspondence involving long wordy emails with the manager, Elton, claiming that the shower seals are not their problem but rather the suppliers fault and a variety of excuses for the delays in responding, we were told we needed to pay R700 in courier fees to replace them. After eventually making no progress almost a month later we ended up just buying new sealers ourselves from another store. It was a painful experience to say the least. The shower dimensions were also misleading. We had an exact space of 900mm by 900mm and the shower was a few cm out so we now have shower tiles showing. The private installer we hired was particularly unpleased with the incorrect specifications and the quality of the unit. Overall the after sales ‘support’ has been abysmal, the quality is poor and the specifications were not accurate. Not a great experience at all. Very disappointing. Will not be using Tile Africa again.

Kudos to Mogkeseng Sebothoma & Tile Africa Randburg!
Thanks Tile Africa Randburg, especially to salesperson Mogkeseng Sebothoma for the great service, excellent customer advice and support I received while buying material for renovations and upgrades to our family home in Randburg. We bought quite a lot of material and Mogkeseng and the team there never really got tired of our constant questions and whenever we needed to swap material which didn't suit what we wanted it was never an issue. Great experience indeed working with them.

Thanks Tile Africa Randburg, especially to salesperson Mogkeseng Sebothoma for the great service, excellent customer advice and support I received while buying material for renovations and upgrades to our family home in Randburg. We bought quite a lot of material and Mogkeseng and the team there never really got tired of our constant questions and whenever we needed to swap material which didn't suit what we wanted it was never an issue. Great experience indeed working with them.

Tile Africa - Umhlanga inconvenienced me so much, I still do not understand how can such people be allowed to be the forefront of the Company. I bought staff cash on Friday and wanted my things to be delivered on Friday but the guy said their schedule was already done and they dont work on Saturdays. He then promised to deliver first thing on Monday. I called around 10:00 to check and only to be told that they had 3 deliveries before me and were waiting for some part that was not delivered yet. I said dont worry abt that part- I will come and pivk it up just send those thinhs because the plumber is already at home waiting. The delivery only arrived at 19:00 pm and tiles were not delivered. When I call the office Musa only requested for my delivery on Momday after I had called. How do u explain this nonsense ......I am so annoyed by this company.
