I am disappointed with the service I received at Tile Africa. I purchased Verona taps on sale as a budget option for my bachelor units, but unfortunately, one tap failed during installation on 01 March 2026, spraying water. I returned it to the store on 02 March 2026, and was told they could not assist because my plumber used putty. I explained that the tap failed and the plumber was only trying to fix it. The sales assistant took the tap to the manager, he then returned it saying nothing could be done. Due to this experience, I had to refund the third tap to avoid further issues. The tap comes with a 12-month warranty, so I do not understand why an exchange, repair, or proper resolution was refused. I kindly request that this issue be addressed promptly. Please advise how Tile Africa can resolve this matter, whether by replacement, repair, or refund.
Complaint Title: Telkom billing dispute – double payment and unfair charges Message: I have a Telkom contract of R315 per month. In May 2025 I paid twice (once at Pick n Pay and once via debit order), which I was told covered June. Telkom did not debit me in June. Despite this, in July Telkom deducted R546.52, in August R542.14, and my September statement shows R1 069.98. This is not in line with my contract, and I have never missed a payment. Telkom’s own statements clearly state that payment is due by the last day of the month. Since I paid on 31 May, I was still within the allowed time — no penalties should have been charged. I request Telkom to urgently correct my account to reflect the agreed fee of R315, refund the extra charges, and ensure I am not overbilled in future.
Am very disappointed with citiq prepaid, I called them to be helped with tamper code the lady told me she can't assist me as the meters are not registed with my name, I tried to explain to her that they registed under my mom but am the one incharge hence the money it's paid in my account but she couldn't wait to end my call. I told her my parents are in limpopo and network it's very bad that side she just told me she tried calling my mom she couldn't get hold of her, she must make time to call them why pay money in my account but fail to help me.😔
After my husband passed away, I was not sure if I did ensure him, but the consultant in Mams mall he offered a great service.... n the claim was made and paid within 24hours and I thank you again for the voucher🤗🤗🤗
Am very disappointed with this policy my husband passed away, now when i make claims they always demand impossible things, they asked me to bring affidavit from one of my husband family I did, after they told me my brother inlaw he's young they want one from am adult my husband aunt did provide one for me, now they say she didn't write it the way they wanted it, they want her to state that I was living with my husband for more than a year🙄. Do this people know that is a money to go to police station, and fetching my in-laws? PEP must stop selling this nonsense
