Tile Africa - Umhlanga inconvenienced me so much, I still do not understand how can such people be allowed to be the forefront of the Company. I bought staff cash on Friday and wanted my things to be delivered on Friday but the guy said their schedule was already done and they dont work on Saturdays. He then promised to deliver first thing on Monday. I called around 10:00 to check and only to be told that they had 3 deliveries before me and were waiting for some part that was not delivered yet. I said dont worry abt that part- I will come and pivk it up just send those thinhs because the plumber is already at home waiting. The delivery only arrived at 19:00 pm and tiles were not delivered. When I call the office Musa only requested for my delivery on Momday after I had called. How do u explain this nonsense ......I am so annoyed by this company.
