Worst customer experience, Placed order at Centurion on 02/11/2020 and was promised to receive order by Thursday i.e. 05/11/2020 and today is 09//11/2020 and still haven't received my order till now... If you cant fulfil don't give false promises, coz of delay i have paid my tiler 3 days amount for nothing... I'll never recommend them as this will cost customers money and time
Got message from them on Saturday that tiles will be delivered on Monday and then received a call Monday evening that delivery truck tyre burst, got too much load for delivery, and they think its my/customers problem? shame that such responses were provided for delivery failures
