Timbergold at the March Sandton
I have experienced abuse from the owner of the business. He was rude, arrogant and ****. He behaves like someone with bipolar, getting angry and then becoming polite and apologies in within a short space of time. I was left confused by his behaviour and unfortunately I had paid him all the money for the table and getting my money back was an issue when I wanted the order cancelled. Even though he delivered my table, I will never ever buy anything from him again

Arrogant and Rude Service
The outlet store is situated at The Marc in Sandton. They manufacture good furniture but the owner is a nightmare to deal with. He comes across as very rude and arrogant. He tends to change the agreement from time to time and tries to make it look like you are the cause of it. After requesting a refund, he accused me of blackmailing him. He promised that the table will be ready in 2 weeks but he took almost 6 weeks to deliver. He doesn't have the courtesy of giving you updates through the manufacturing process.
