NO SERVICE

I have walked out of Tip Top Bakery for the third time. I keep going back because I love their products, their quality is really great. But whenever I go to the shop the services is either incredibly slow or in this case non existent. We walked in to the front of the counter, no queue, the woman who had been working the till stepped away and got busy with things behind the counter. She didn't make eye contact, didn't tell us that she would be with us shortly, nothing. After about 5 minutes of this we left. Also there was a persisting smell of burn food in the shop which I realised while watching them work was because of a piece of food that was lying in the microwave. It must have rolled off of a plate earlier and because the microwave is placed so high, none of the staff could see it. So subsequently everytime they heated food this piece of something just got more and more burnt. I'm sure i don't need to point out the health and safety risks of this.
