Unprofessional service
The Rep named Kwagga came on 26 November 2021 to give a quote for canvas sides for our lapa. I asked hom specifically how long it will take bacause we’re going on holiday on the 15th of December. He said it wil take one day to get the quote and 5 working days to make them and then they will come to put it up. I’ve waited till 2 December 2021 and had to ask for the quote again, on the same day I’ve accepted the quote and did the full payment on 6 Desember 2021. I’ve send him a whatsapp on Friday 10 Desember 2021 to ask if they are on their way to come and put it up. He didn’t respond. I called him on Tuesday 14 December and to remind him that we’re goung on holiday on the 15th of December. He said that they will come and put it up on the 15th. On the 15th they said they’re behind on their orders and will come today, Friday 17 December, so we postponed our holiday with 2 days to accommodate them. I called them again today to ask at what time they’ll be here and he said they wil com tomorrow on which I told hom again that it would not be possible because we’re leaving early tomorrow morning for our holiday so they must please come today, on which Kenny responded that the person what is coming is currently working in Ottosdal and he’ll be here later this afternoon. I called again at 15:00 and Kenny told me that they haven’t even finished the canvas sides and will only be albe to come on next week Tuesday. I told him that is unacceptable, they were laying to me the whole time. I asked for my money back since they haven’t kept their part of the deal on which Kwagga responded that that wouldn’t be possible, since they already started making it. I asked to speak to the owner of the business and requested a full refund. I’m still waiting to hear from him, all they say is that his not available. This is the most unprofessional service I’ve ever experienced and the worst part of it is the fact that they lied and wasn’t even planning on being here today.

Sells fresh meat and every inside.
Nice structure building, nice & clean. Rewarding points, friendly and helpful staff, no discrimination, always have something to buy for those who can afford and those who can't. Everyone there is competent. Yoh their red meat, once you tasted it, you won't go anywhere else. With chicken is so so, of course that's my opinion, as our taste buds are ain't the same, otherwise the shop sells only 1st grade

Owes rent, refusing to repair damages
PW Roos rented a side tipper trailer from me in November 2014. He then sub let the trailer to a third party without my knowledge.<br> He returned the trailer end of December in a unusable condition. At the time of this complaint he still owes me the rent that was due on the first of December despite several empty promises, IE: He maid the payment from an international account, I should just wait for the money to clear, only to follow up with another story<br> PW Roos agreed on 16 January 2015 to repair the damage done to the trailer and pay the rent for December, but failed to do either to date. <br> Getting hold of PW is near impossible, he does not answer his cellphone, except when i call from a number he doesn't recognize. Whenever i call to his office, I'm told he is busy or out of office and he'll call back, but he never does.
