Systems needed

I am in Protea Gardens Mall branch, assisted by 2 consultants namely Tshepo and Miriam. My request is to get the balance to make payment however the business still use books to record proof of payments.

Why aren't there systems to record payments?

If the office goes on fire how will they get payment records?

I just want to make a payment and the hassle raises a red flag if the tombstones will be placed.

A call centre of departments are needed, accounts departments or cashless mathod of payments.
