I purchased bekaline pots and I won't recommend them to anyone. The *****s on the lids get rusty, I sent them a message on Telegram, they did not respond.

The worst set of pots I've ever bought. All the pots' knobs broke off within the first 2 weeks of use. Worst part is you can't even replace the knobs with generic ones because of the design. One pot's inside had a some kind of manufacturing fault where you could see it was not coated probably and could see black spots under the stainless steel. The pan in the pot set was about the best thing out of all and is what brought up this rating. The pan has a nice heavy base, is large enough for a family of four and cooks beautifully. The customer service was not great. Got no response from the company itself.

Very disappointed in the quality of the non stick pots after the second use the coating started coming off and it rusts. I understand it's not the most expensive pots but it's still disappointing considering that they advertise non stick , very poor quality

Tissolli is becoming low key "Wish or Temu" by selling ****, re-branded, *******s and superlow low quality Tissolli crown edition Pots... I bought a set feom Makro in January for around R2000. By February the pan a loose lid handle. Every two weeks the lid handles were becoming loose. We'll literally even those that were not in use. I am sure this is not the first complain about the product. I am yet to share to my 5 thousand friends on Facebook then I will be sure.

Horrible set of pots. They are not at all strong, they rust when food is left in them. And one of my pots already lost a handle and I have had them for less than 6 weeks. I am not happy, mom thinks I should return them to the shop. It just feels like a waste of time. Definitely horrible product to buy.

I was disappointed with Tissolli dolphin pots. The quality isn't so great. I received them last week Thursday and I called the store on Friday (the following day) to come collect them. I have been calling and sending WhatsApp messages to these people for the entire week but for some reason they are failing to come collect the pots. I used Payflex and I was avoiding a second debit but unfortunately I will be debited because Tissolli is FAILING to collect these pots. I really don't know what is expected of me but I don't want these pots. I will wait for their response as they try to look good. But I do have all screenshots of the conversations and multiple calls I have made.

I have ordered pots from their online store. To say I’m dissatisfied and disappointed it would be an understatement. So, the delivered the pots, they don’t make communication though, no emails, sms nothing! To add! The pots are ****! Except for the frying pan, which has a tissoli stamp and heavy while the rest of the pots are very light and and they have a dolphin stamp/ logo. And at the centre there you will see tissoli. Moreover, I’ve tried several times to make communication to come fetch their product which they never returned back to me. Customer service is bad and so is the product! I feel ****med!
