I have been receiving SMSs from Nimble Group about a Standard Bank overdraft that they allege was taken out by someone with my initials and surname born on 1 April. Either than that ZERO evidence been provided to me to verify their claims. Not a date, or a document or picture or amount. However, they are telling me that they want a case number, 6 fingerprints, ID copy and affidavit within 7 days! What nonsense is this! The last time I had a Standard Bank account was 15 years ago! And the last lawyers who called me then closed the case as it was proven that I did not owe any money. But somehow Nimble Group appears to have resurrected a long prescribed matter that they are now hoping to cash from! Nimble Group can either take me to court or go to hell
I sent Legalwise admin and Customer service an email asking them to cancel my policy number 20353678. I even cancelled my debit order with the bank. However, despite this I am being harassed on a daily basis with calls, email's and SMS's from Legalwise either complaining about my cancelling the policy, asking me to rejoin of asking me to review their performances on case ref: CVL00410239/ wf_89428896. I hereby REQUEST, ASK and DEMAND that Legalwise DELETE all my information from their systems as I am no longer a member, and will never again wish to be. I thank you!
In 2021 August I visited the Legalwise Branch in Johannesburg because I wanted them to write me a letter of demand to a business that had taken my money and failed to provide me with any service. I was assured by the Consultant at the time named Ms Sihlangu that the letter would be sent to the business in question, and that I would be given feedback when a response was received. I then relocated overseas for work purposes. While overseas I attempted to contact customer service for feedback regarding my matter, to no avail. On 7 November 2025 I went to Legalwise and spoke with another consultant named Danny Paulsen, who assured me that he would investigate my case from 2021 and provide answers with regard to the letter of demand that was allegedly sent. He said I would receive an answer by 10 November 2025. As I write here it is almost 13 November 2025, and I received zero communication! I will now be writing to Legalwise and asking them to cancel my policy. All I asked in 2021 was a letter of demand, nothing more, nothing less, and they have failed to deliver on that. Went to a Unimart store in Rosettenville where I witnessed a shocking event. Two men had exited the store without having their purchased items checked! One security guy run after them, bought them back inside the store and then proceeded to slap, punch and beat the two men. After it was established that the two men had indeed paid for the items and were in fact in possession of a receipt, the same security idiot then again proceeded to violently push and shove the two men out of the store. As it turns out it was merely a case of a miscommunication between the two men and the Chinese man at the entrance. You'd swear that this was perhaps an expensive mall or store, but it is in fact a cheap store selling cheap and low quality Chinese products! You wouldn't even get this type of treatment at Sandton Mall or Mall of Africa, because those people are not ****s or hooligans and have class. I will never shop at Unimart again!
I don't usually write good reviews, but I had a pleasant experience at the Game store at the Glen Mall because of one of their employees named Bongani by the Appliance section. He's so knowledgeable and is a breath of fresh air. He totally makes me want to shop at Game! Give that man a star ⭐
I find it shocking and disturbing that FNB gives these contracts to companies to fix their banks who at times hire undocumented immigrants, which immigrants are largely grossly overworked and underpaid. Are there honestly no South Africans who can perform these functions? This bank should be investigated by the authorities
After waiting nearly four years for our late father's, Michael Mashaba's of City Power, benefits to be paid out, we were informed by Bongani Makhubu through WhatsApp that payments would be processed latest January 2024, after initially being told that monies would be paid by end of the year 2023. We are now we'll and truly into the month of March 2024, with no payment in site. First Bongani said he would lodge a complaint with his manager as he also does not understand why payments have not been processed, and then said a Senior Manager had informed him that they had to update their system but that all was sorted and payments would now be processed. That was in January! There as ZERO regard for professionalism, truth or integrity at this company!
A very dysfunction place! The worst I've ever come across! Patients are left outside in the cold for hours, even during winter! No file was opened! No doctor! There is a male who will give you anti biotics, repeatedly, for what I later discovered was actually a cold. He even had the audacity to waste time taking sputum tests to take to the Medico lab, as well advise me to take an HIV test, despite the fact that I had already taken one days earlier. I wanted to have a pap smear, but there was tools available. The place should be shut down!
On 30 November 2023 at around 16:15, I requested a Bolt ride from the mall @ the Junction Rosettenville to my residence at Regents Park. A driver whom the app said was Mduduzi, driving a white Chevrolet Sedan with number plates KF00PV GP arrived. I got into the car. The car was already en route when to my shock Mduduzi asked me to direct him to my location as his Bolt app had gone offline! While stunned I gave him directions! I had already alighted from his car about 7 minutes later when I realized my cellphone was no longer in my possession. I tried to call the phone, and while it initially rang it then went to voicemail. I tried asking another Bolt driver on our street how to contact Bolt, but he said he didn't know. All attempts to contact Bolt ( on their app, Google site) about my phone and Mduduzi have been unsuccessful. I plan to sue, because I find this whole situation unacceptable
