poor, unethical and unprofessional service

Hi From day one their sales rep bull****ted me into a sale. From the start he told me there was no sign up and radio cost. The very month end i signed up I was overcharged of what the initial (monthly cost) is. He also procceeded to tell me that sigining up with Titanium is a month to month contract. NOW i get a call from Titanium saying that they have not received payment for 3 months and that i need to pay R1070!!!!! IT TOOK THEM 3 MONTHS BEFORE THEY COULD TELL ME THERES AN ISSUE WITH PAYMENT??????? WHY WAIT FOR IT TO ESCULATE TO A LARGE SUM????? I use to salute them for doing a good service BUT i will now cancel my contract and get someone else! the sales rep even wanted to pay me from his personal account when he real;ised he *****ed up but I refused it, he insisted for my details, I eventually gave it and he still has not paid me my money back..

What out people, their sales staff will lie you into a false contract.
