Loud noises
Imagine being sleep deprived in this cold weather because your Corporate Neighbour ,Titanium Securitas at 12 Quarry Close is inconsiderate that they share space with residential space. Every second day we are subjected to unsolicited noises from your premises, employees talking and playing loud music after 10 pm , a gym that is not sound proof we have to hear everything including the training instructors barking instructions at 4 am really. Please rectify this so that we can also live in peace.

TITANIUM LIES TO CLIENTS AND ACTS IN BAD FAITH!!!!!
Titanium incorrectly billed me on my first month and as an apology, Anke Blignaut said they would skip billing for the following month. In the following month they still continued to deduct. I followed up with Anke multiple times to no response from her. I have even emailed their office and was still ignored. They lie to their clients and do not do business in good faith which is PATHETIC!

Non payment on work competed
Hi everyone. I would just like to put in a message here so that this person can't do this to someone else. John Nel from titanium Securitas asked us do some work for him at titanium. After a lot of messages and conformation we went and did the work for him in kuilsriver for Titanium. The amount of work done is R3000. Titanium refused to pay me for over 3 months now stating I didn't have approval to fix their jobs. John Nel and Titanium Securitas owes us R3000 and are just refusing to pay us. We had a meeting with Johan marx. The ceo of titanium. And still they are refusing to pay us for work that has been completed. Johan and John has blocked us on WhatsApp and doesn't answer our emails. Watch out for these guys. They are operating in kuilsriver. Please keep a eye out for them

Titanium Securitas - Terrible Customer Service
Pity that I couldn't leave a zero star rating!! I was phoning around to get pricing for armed response on my property and was absolutely appalled at the zero level of customer service received from this company. The individual I spoke with over of the phone did not pay any attention to what I was enquiring, was screaming to his colleague in the background, asked me hurry with my questions and was simply hostile, rude and arrogant. They have made it a very easy decision NOT to use their services. How embarrassing.

poor, unethical and unprofessional service
Hi From day one their sales rep bull****ted me into a sale. From the start he told me there was no sign up and radio cost. The very month end i signed up I was overcharged of what the initial (monthly cost) is. He also procceeded to tell me that sigining up with Titanium is a month to month contract. NOW i get a call from Titanium saying that they have not received payment for 3 months and that i need to pay R1070!!!!! IT TOOK THEM 3 MONTHS BEFORE THEY COULD TELL ME THERES AN ISSUE WITH PAYMENT??????? WHY WAIT FOR IT TO ESCULATE TO A LARGE SUM????? I use to salute them for doing a good service BUT i will now cancel my contract and get someone else! the sales rep even wanted to pay me from his personal account when he real;ised he *****ed up but I refused it, he insisted for my details, I eventually gave it and he still has not paid me my money back.. What out people, their sales staff will lie you into a false contract.

Changing the agreement
I never had issues with the security company. I am renting the alarm system from them but since loadshedding starting I have been receiving sms's to say my battery is low. The original agreement was they will fix whatever is not working on the alarm as I am renting the system and paying more. Now they said they can't replace the battery and I must pay for my own battery but it is their system. Their reason is because they are not covered with their suppliers on these batteries which is not my problem and this was never communicated at all. I suggest that you follow up with them as this was never the agreement.
