The worst shop in Cape Gate if it comes to service. Unprofessional and no staff on the floor.
Logged a call last week and had to log a new call today as I am having the same issue. Clearly their turnaround time of 24 doesn't doesn't and I don't know why they call it emergencies because they don't treat it as urgent. When I call to follow up they say that they will follow up with the depot. Then you don't hear anything after that. No call back on the progress. Absolutely pathetic service delivery.
Pathetic service. Logged a call for a blocked drain on Thursday. Contractor was sent out but didnt have the correct equipment. Kept on following up and then you hear it will be followed up for the contractor to return. How long must a person still wait and why is this not treated as an emergency?

I never had issues with the security company. I am renting the alarm system from them but since loadshedding starting I have been receiving sms's to say my battery is low. The original agreement was they will fix whatever is not working on the alarm as I am renting the system and paying more. Now they said they can't replace the battery and I must pay for my own battery but it is their system. Their reason is because they are not covered with their suppliers on these batteries which is not my problem and this was never communicated at all. I suggest that you follow up with them as this was never the agreement.
