Titanium incorrectly billed me on my first month and as an apology, Anke Blignaut said they would skip billing for the following month. In the following month they still continued to deduct. I followed up with Anke multiple times to no response from her. I have even emailed their office and was still ignored. They lie to their clients and do not do business in good faith which is PATHETIC!
