Titanium incorrectly billed me on my first month and as an apology, Anke Blignaut said they would skip billing for the following month. In the following month they still continued to deduct. I followed up with Anke multiple times to no response from her. I have even emailed their office and was still ignored. They lie to their clients and do not do business in good faith which is PATHETIC!
I had taken my vehicle for inspection on 26/2/2016 at Glasfit-Montague Gardens in order for my car to be insured from 1 March.<br> <br> On Monday 29 Feb, I contacted their call centre where I was advised that the inspection information usually takes 48hours to be received on their side.<br> I called Glasfit on the same day to enquire about my inspection and was advised by a Shaun that he can see my inspection on the system and that FFW need to open same and do the necessary. He then provided me with the certificate no GFN2601175.<br> I did not receive a copy of the inspection as the lady did so via an app on her cellphone.<br> <br> I checked my policy to find that they are still requesting that my vehicle go for an inspection when same was already done almost 2 weeks ago. <br> <br> On 1 March my premiums were deducted and at no point did anyone from FFW contact me to advise me that I am not yet fully covered as they did not receive the inspection. <br> <br> I have done what was required of me but now FFW is breaching contract by failing to comply on their side.<br> I have lodged 2 complaints and have not been contacted by anyone from FFW as yet. Nobody seems to care to resolve this issue. They are PATHETIC!
