Titanium Securitas - Terrible Customer Service
Pity that I couldn't leave a zero star rating!!
I was phoning around to get pricing for armed response on my property and was absolutely appalled at the zero level of customer service received from this company. The individual I spoke with over of the phone did not pay any attention to what I was enquiring, was screaming to his colleague in the background, asked me hurry with my questions and was simply hostile, rude and arrogant.
They have made it a very easy decision NOT to use their services.
How embarrassing.
