Hi everyone. I would just like to put in a message here so that this person can't do this to someone else. John Nel from titanium Securitas asked us do some work for him at titanium. After a lot of messages and conformation we went and did the work for him in kuilsriver for Titanium. The amount of work done is R3000. Titanium refused to pay me for over 3 months now stating I didn't have approval to fix their jobs. John Nel and Titanium Securitas owes us R3000 and are just refusing to pay us. We had a meeting with Johan marx. The ceo of titanium. And still they are refusing to pay us for work that has been completed. Johan and John has blocked us on WhatsApp and doesn't answer our emails. Watch out for these guys. They are operating in kuilsriver. Please keep a eye out for them
i signed up to supersonic in December, vumatel was closed for the holidays, so supersonic gave me a "loan" Router with LTE Sim card in it and stated that I would not have to pay for the service until I am fully linked with my fibre line. they then proceeded to charge me for the time I was using the LTE router anyway. after so many calls supersonic told me they would credit this for me. this credit never happened in almost 2 years now. this morning I woke up and my line was suspended. I phone in and super sonic tells me but my line was booked for suspension and that is right??? I asked them to do a recon and they told me i am behind, after using up all my airtime I found out that it is the credit that is still behind, nobody sent me an email on this, i did not receive any sms or message or communication of any sort on this. they just cut my line off. they are now refusing to switch on my line until I pay for the credit that is owed to me??? this is totally unacceptable as I followed all the correct paths to get my account sorted out, nothing ever happens, I just get told on the phone that the credit will happen and it just doesn't happen. next problem with super sonic is that they only send invoices when they feel like it. I receive a invoice from them once every 3 months about? what is going on in your finance department? now I get penalized for supersonics mistakes? unacceptable. I hope someone contacts me with someone authority, otherwise supersonic can know that I will not pay a cent further on this account and remove all their stuff and cancel everything with them.
i would like to take this opportunity to tell people not so sign with cell c. i had a 2 year contract with them for my fibre, its a year later, they are still charging me, they are still sending me invoices, they still sending me statements, they have now fraudulently taken about R10000 from me, and refuse to pay it back even though the frauds department confirmed that it is fraud, a year later i have been to ICASA and now i am with The NCC to try and get my money back. cell c is thief's that steal your money after you cancel and doesn't pay it back, worst service in forever. DO NOT SIGN WITH CELL C
its been a year now with cell c fraudulently deducting money from my account. they have now found out it was fraudulent and stopped taking my money. i have been trying now for 3 months to get my money back from cell c with no avail. cell c is just ignoring me. the frauds department doesnt awnser me, my money isnt being paid back, im going to the police to make a criminal case now. i want my money back that cell c stole from me
Sick and tired of cell c. They keep taking money from my account and no-one can give me a straight awnser. My contract stopped in September. Then I got told I didn't pay the last month. That I did. Then they told me someone took a handset out on my name??? And I have to go into cell c shop to get the contract. I went to the cell c shop just to get told I do not have a handset on my contract. Now I get phoned again this morning and now we back to square 1, with them telling me I didn't pay the last month. In the meantime my account just gets debited for 6 months now. 6 month???? What the hell??? I am sick and tired of cell c stealing my money and nobody can work out what is wrong. No-one has any idea what is going on in this company. i got a email from google adds stating i got R600 credit and should try it out, i then signed up and tested it, i saw it didnt work and disconnected it. this month, 5 months later i got billed, i have sent endless mails to google adds stating i never signed up for the premium version i was only testing it out with the R600 credit i got. then i received a email back from them stating that there was no transactions done on my account, i then sent the transaction to them via screen shot. they then came back and told me i have to pay to use the credit??????? this was not on the email, the email they sent me with the promo code clearly stipulates that i have received R600 credit. i have told them that the line as canceled and that i never wanted the adds to run, they dont work anyway. now they have deducted money from account and are refusing to refund me. this is a MAJOR SCAM and i will be putting this on every platform that i know of to let people know what a scam google adds are?? how can you give me credit and then tell me i have to spend to get the credit? how can you tell me that no transactions went off on my account when there clearly went money off my account?? how can you tell me that the system is working when i am clearly giving you the evidence that your system is not working you are stealing and scamming people and this is against the law i can be contacted on 079 813 9962
so this is what has been happening to me since September last year. my contract with cell c ended in September 2020. i have since been charged every month even though i do not have internet, i have left cell c on end of contract, i have mailed cell c with this regard to no avail. the line has been moved over to 2 new ISP's in the time but still cell c bills me, these billing has cost me up to R2000 in banking costs and cell c does not answer me on any of my questions. cell c cant tell me why they are debiting me or even what month they are trying to debit. i have sent endless mails to cell c. this mornin,. just to show how useless cell c is, i get a new statement stating i owe them money. I DONT OWE YOU MONEY! my contract stopped, i moved to a new ISP and cell c just keeps billing me. i cant get off the system at cell c and nobody seems to be able to help and nobody seems to know why i get billed for internet i dont have and no-one seems to have the authority to remove me from the billing list. i wish for everyone to know not to do any dealings with cell c. they will just try and bleed you dry for everything you have got, extremely bad service, thats why i left, and no-one that can actually do anything is ever available. dont waste your time on this ISP and dont let them catch you like they did to me CELL C - I WANT COMPENSATION FOR THIS BANKING COSTS I HAVE TO ENDURE
i would like to share my experience with super sonic since i signed up with them. i swapped over to Supersonic in December. as Vumatel was closed for the holidays i got sent a router with a sim card to have internet while i wait. yesterday a month later supersonic phoned me and told me that my line has been activated by Vumatel. They then confirmed, and this is the kicker. That the internet I have had from the 1st of January is free of charge, SUPER SONIC GAVE ME THE WHOLE MONTH FREE!! and this is what true customer care looks like, there is so many ISP's that could learn something from Supersonic. they have gone out of their way to make sure me, as the customer is happy, i feel that every ISP should have this. i really do appreciate Super Sonic for this as this is the best news i have gotten since this pandemic started. this 1 month they gave me free has saved the life of my business as times with the Covid-19 is extremely hard. Please keep up the good service Super Sonic and keep setting the bar higher for all other ISP's. Good Work on your side. A VERY HAPPY CLIENT
i am here today to let everyone know of the professional and friendly service i received from cool ideas. they have been very helpful through this period i was in without internet, they kept me updated twice a day with what was going on, Kelly Brown phoned me at 9am and then again at 17:00 to tell me what has happened during the day and gave me feedback all the time i have to say that i have never had such caring people handle my internet and i am looking forward to being subscribed to them. for great service all around, i would always recommend
hi there. i have been having endless problems with the following companies and would love to leave this review here to see if anyone picks up on my problem and maybe i can get some help. so i have recently cancelled my fibre line by my previous ISP, and have been looking into a getting a decent ISP with great service. i found Cool Ideas as the one with the best reviews. i then decided to go with them, my line was cut of the end of last month and since then nobody has been able to give me a straight answer on what is going on with my line. i have contacted cool ideas on several occasions now over the last 7 days. always with the same answer, Vumatel must put the line over. So Vumatel, why are you not putting my line over???? i have now found out that the fibre Raycore box installed at my house 2 years ago is old, and the technology is hard to use? how the hell can a 2 year old CPE box be OLD???? then you vumatel must come upgrade this thing as i paid for it 2 years ago and now cant use it anymore?? what the hell? i mean like really, what the hell?? Vumatel sent a message to Cool ideas and said my issue has resolved and that they closed my ticket??????? i still dont have internet? so how can you close the ticket before you know if my line is on or not, this is the type of service i expect from my previous ISP and now i get the same service from Vumatel and cool ideas. and while these companies try and find out whats going on i am going to day 8 now without internet. i have running subscriptions like netflix and youtube premium that i paid for that i cant use, you guys are not going to give me my money back are you? i must just take the loss and be fine with it. i run a small security company from my home and have now not been able to invoices or quotes for over 8 days, you are costing me money and client and it doesnt seem like anyone cares. if this is an old box that was installed VUMATEL can come swap it out for a new one, this was installed 2 years ago and you cant tell me the technology is old. im sorry, it doesnt work like that. i hope for a promp reply on this and i hope that this will get Vumatel to FIX MY LINE ASAP!! please tell me if this service that i am receiving is normal for your companies and please let me know what should be done further to FIX THE LINE!!!!!!!! also please note that if i click on the packages on the vumatel page(the only page i can open without internet) it states there that " ACTIVATION WILL BE IN 15MIN " Do i not fall under the people for the 15 min activation? why not?
