TLd private investigators are a ****

I contacted them asking for help and I was asked to pay R3000 immediately of which I did the guy asked me to send an ewallet or do immediate payment I did that was last year July till this date they never solved my case always when I asked of any feedback I was always told I will get feedback the following day and then they will never contact me in December 2023 I asked on what was really going on if I will ever get help and I was told they are closed it's December and the guy told me he doesn't remember my case or talking to me when I sent proof of payment he told me will talk in January now it's January I am still asking for answers or my money back it's one excuse after the other this people are a **** and ****s
