I am extremely disappointed with the service provided by TLS. My cousin recently app**** for a visa through their offices to visit her parents in Belgium. From the outset, the communication has been inadequate and unprofessional.
Despite repeated follow-ups, there has been no clear information regarding the status of her application. When she visited the TLS office in person to inquire—given that her intended travel date is fast approaching—she was informed that her documents had been forwarded to the Belgian Consulate. However, upon contacting the Consulate, she was told that the documents were still with TLS.
TLS has made it nearly impossible to obtain accurate information, as they do not provide accessible contact details. We have sent multiple emails, and when we do receive a response, she is merely redirected to another person, with no resolution or accountability. It is deeply concerning that there appears to be no reliable system in place to track submitted documents.
This experience has not only caused significant stress but has also raised serious concerns about the reliability of TLS’s services. Even more troubling is the fact that my cousin is a travel agent who is expected to guide clients through the visa process. Based on this experience, she can no longer, in good conscience, recommend TLS to others.
