17 Dec 2021, 14:23Mr Mokolobate - This complaint is unfortunate as this matter is still in the process of being resolved. We attempt at all times, to assist the clients in every way possible. In this instance, your matter has been ongoing for many years in which advice was giving on numerous occasions, to resolve the matter and close the file. This matter is common where sellers attempt to assist the purchaser in giving time to acquire a bond, however do not proceed with eviction when years later, the buyer has not paid occupational rent. Your requests to confirm deposits of purchasers are not clear and nor are we obliged to confirm the same. We attempted on many occasions to resolve this, and today, requested that you kindly resolve the matter with us first, to your contradiction and refusal. We have requested a meeting with you and will be happy to see you on Monday, 20 December 2022, as our offices are one of the only law firms which remain open until the 22nd of December to accommodate our clients and their needs. I trust then that I will see you and your sister on Monday to finalise this matter and allow you to clarify your requirements and the reasons thereof.
Best regards,
