Pathetic Service and Childish Lies

Pathetic service and lies - Ranesh confirmed that he would do a dressor and pedastals in 2 weeks. But when it was time to deliver the excuses and childish lies started, first his team painted them and bubbled wrap the pedestals and when he opened the bubble wrap he saw the paint work was bad. Question - if bubbled w****d and ready for delivery, wouldnt his team sign off on it and the wrap it....? Lies after lies and silly, childish ones followed.

We still gave him another chance when we offered to give us the money back, which we had told him money was the easy way out and all we wanted was our stuff delivered as we were expecting a baby the very next week and wanted the room sorted asap.

I asked him when he could deliver without us putting additional pressure. He said he needed the weekend but i told him touch base with us on Monday and if he still needed a couple of days its ok but pls deliver before our lockdown of the coronavirus.

Any guess what happend? Of course he didnt call on Monday or deliver on Wednesday. He didnt even have the decency to call me, he just said someone he knew tested positive for the virus and then i knew... here comes the excuses and creative childish lies which were all bull and couldnt prove it. Still waiting for his call or him to deliver my stuff. Payment was made and its now 6 weeks with no delivery, when he confirmed it will take 2 weeks. He told me via whatapp he would deliver in 21 days. Ranesh refused to take my calls and merely whatsapped.

Dont use this company, they are unprofessional and offer pathetic service coupled with school-boy lies (which we all know are lies) except for him.
