TNT is a very unprofessional company
I wished I had come here to read the reviews before engaging this company. I also saw their display at Hirchs Centurion. Firstly you pay 90% deposit before they can start working, then you have to follow him endlessly to start the work. Ranesh, the owner will finally come through to start the work and do a total mess after paying so much money. They did my kitchen and vanities, kitchen still has gaps and looks very untidy for the amount I paid. The vanities in some room are not there, despite being paid and in some room he decided to use different color for the top in the main bedroom. He promised to go back and fix all the mess, to date I’m still following him around without succeeding and this is delaying my project. This is all done beside the fact that he’s been fully paid. This company is a **** and I feel hitachi should also take part of the responsibility as he operates inside their shop. He is ****ming innocent people with his shady work ethics. I will pursue this legally as a matter of principle.

Defective Workmanship
We came across TNT Kitchens when we were shopping at Hirch's Clearwater Mall. Their display kitchen sets at Hirch's were impressive, and we decided right there and there, that they would be the company that would renovate our kitchen. We started regretting our decision when the kitchen took longer, than what was initially communicated. The delays were mostly due to us being told that the owner was unwell or recuperating from home. The communication from this company is the WORST you will ever come across. When the kitchen was complete, there were a lot of things that were falling apart, such as the kick plates being lose, *****s being exposed and the list goes on... we asked Ranesh ***ner) to come and attend to these, Initially, he said he would come and attend to the things that were falling apart, then a day or two later he went quite. He ignored us on whats app, email, even voice call. The owner is really unprofessional and rude!! We ended up having to pay people to fix our kitchen, since he didnt want to come and fix it. Two years later... the 'waterfall' quartz slab from our kitchen fell off, got chipped and also damaged our gas stove. We contacted him again, he answered and said he would get back to us... to this day, he is still ignoring us, and we are having to pay more money into his "cheap" kitchen that we paid an arm and a leg for! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND.

Defective Workmanship
We came across TNT Kitchens when we were shopping at Hirch's Clearwater Mall. TNT kitchen are useless
TNT kitchens are useless, do not use this company. I started renovating my kitchen with them and was extremely dissatisfied. Ranesh the owner does not know how to deal with customers And is never on site He requested a massive deposit.refuses to refund balance of money due to me. Once they started working and I saw the workmanship i was not happy and I asked him to stop. Why would I want a company to carry on when I’m not happy with the work.!!!! This became a major issue for him and things got ugly

Pathetic Service and Childish Lies
Pathetic service and lies - Ranesh confirmed that he would do a dressor and pedastals in 2 weeks. But when it was time to deliver the excuses and childish lies started, first his team painted them and bubbled wrap the pedestals and when he opened the bubble wrap he saw the paint work was bad. Question - if bubbled w****d and ready for delivery, wouldnt his team sign off on it and the wrap it....? Lies after lies and silly, childish ones followed. We still gave him another chance when we offered to give us the money back, which we had told him money was the easy way out and all we wanted was our stuff delivered as we were expecting a baby the very next week and wanted the room sorted asap. I asked him when he could deliver without us putting additional pressure. He said he needed the weekend but i told him touch base with us on Monday and if he still needed a couple of days its ok but pls deliver before our lockdown of the coronavirus. Any guess what happend? Of course he didnt call on Monday or deliver on Wednesday. He didnt even have the decency to call me, he just said someone he knew tested positive for the virus and then i knew... here comes the excuses and creative childish lies which were all bull and couldnt prove it. Still waiting for his call or him to deliver my stuff. Payment was made and its now 6 weeks with no delivery, when he confirmed it will take 2 weeks. He told me via whatapp he would deliver in 21 days. Ranesh refused to take my calls and merely whatsapped. Dont use this company, they are unprofessional and offer pathetic service coupled with school-boy lies (which we all know are lies) except for him. Just check the other reviews...

Terrible service! Terrible work! Liars!
Billy Yathin and Ranesh know nothing about customer service! Rude, stupid and unreasonable Scammers! These guys couldn't deliver on time all they were good at was running after us to make the second payment for a deliver that anyone could see was incomplete. At labour stage, they dropped us! These guys wont oversee the installation of out units! They are the worst! Goodluck in their business! Scam scam scam! A 2 weeks project that we paid for in October 2019 is still incomplete as March 2020 is ending in few days! USELESS!

Terrible service! Terrible work! Liars!
Billy Yathin and Ranesh know nothing about customer service! Rude, stupid and unreasonable Scammers! These guys couldn't deliver on time all they were good at was running after us to make the second payment for a deliver that anyone could see was incomplete. At labour stage, they dropped us! These guys wont oversee the installation of out units! They are the worst! Goodluck in their business! Scam scam scam! A 2 weeks project that we paid for in October 2019 is still incomplete as March 2020 is ending in few days! USELESS!

Poor Communication from a Kitchen Supplier
In October 2018 TNT Kitchens was hired to revamp my kitchen. Needless to say there were some problems but I will not refer much to that in this post. In November 2019, my kitchen sink fell and TNT Kitchens was contacted to come fix it, as it was still warranty. The owner promised that a team would be out first thing in the morning. Arrangements were made to accommodate the team. The team never came through. The owner never contacted me to inform me that his team wouldn't not arrive. I had to make several phone calls. Finally he messaged after 17h00 to say his team would be there thet next day. They arrived and fixed the sink, and in the process they broke the cupboard door. Once again I phoned the owner and asked him to send a team out to fix it. He said he would get back to me. He never did. I sent endless emails and messages, and I have all the written conversations on record. He didn't respond. Finally out of desperation I posted on HelloPeter describing the poor communication and in my opinion lack of customer focus by TNT Kitchens. TNT Kitchens then subsequently marked the review as false. After what was probably the 5th email, expressing my disappointment at the lack of communication, response and customer focus from TNT Kitchens, the owner responded and said he would come out to fix it. However, I declined, because I don't believe TNT Kitchens, as past experiences have shown that they say one thing and very rarely fulfull their promise and secondly they fail to communicate. I unfortunately don't have the luxury to sit at home and wait all day for a team that doesn't pitch up and worse, doesn't inform me that they will not arrive. I have written the large amount spent on TNT Kitchens as a bad decision on my part, and I have a broken cupboard door, sagging doors and broken hinges to show for this job. Thank you TNT Kitchens

Poor communication from TNT Kitchens
I hired TNT Kitchens to do my kitchen renovations in November 2018. The kitchen looks appealing to the eye but the problem lies in the details of the construction of the kitchen and in the lack of coomunication from the owner, Ranesh, as well as some of the shoddy workmanship from the different teams. So two weeks ago my kitchen sink fell, and I phoned Ranesh to get a team to sort this out, as it it was still within the time frame of the guarantee. Like always Ranesh promised that a team would come out on Monday, and they never came and he didn't think to tell me that the team was delayed or not coming. They eventually came the next day. They fixed the sink by borrowing our tools, and the drill that they had was not safe, as it had wires exposed. The team left, and then we noticed that the cupboard door was not closing properly. I phoned Ranesh to inform him and he said he would get a team out. He never contacted me again despite my emails and messages. Eventually on Friday after my text message he said he would have a team out by the end of the day. He never did send a person. He never contacted me again to tell me that he wasn't sending anyone.

TNT Kitchens and projects Ranesh Sukhai Ranesh is a smooth talking excuse of a business man. They promise the best service but don't deliver. Their after sale service is absolutely shocking. 5 phone calls, 1 text message and 1 voice mail later, no response (all in 1 day). He ignores calls from existing clients that could possibly be complaining as when you try to call him from a number he won't know, he checks the caller ID of the number and won't answer. They promised to visit to assess the work on Saturday, he cancelled and rescheduled for the coming Monday and didn't turn up. No phone call, no explanation, no contact. Absolutely appalling service.
