Defective Workmanship
We came across TNT Kitchens when we were shopping at Hirch's Clearwater Mall. Their display kitchen sets at Hirch's were impressive, and we decided right there and there, that they would be the company that would renovate our kitchen. We started regretting our decision when the kitchen took longer, than what was initially communicated. The delays were mostly due to us being told that the owner was unwell or recuperating from home. The communication from this company is the WORST you will ever come across. When the kitchen was complete, there were a lot of things that were falling apart, such as the kick plates being lose, *****s being exposed and the list goes on... we asked Ranesh ***ner) to come and attend to these, Initially, he said he would come and attend to the things that were falling apart, then a day or two later he went quite. He ignored us on whats app, email, even voice call. The owner is really unprofessional and rude!! We ended up having to pay people to fix our kitchen, since he didnt want to come and fix it. Two years later... the 'waterfall' quartz slab from our kitchen fell off, got chipped and also damaged our gas stove. We contacted him again, he answered and said he would get back to us... to this day, he is still ignoring us, and we are having to pay more money into his "cheap" kitchen that we paid an arm and a leg for! STAY AWAY FROM THIS BUSINESS IF YOU WANT PEACE OF MIND.
