Poor communication from TNT Kitchens

I hired TNT Kitchens to do my kitchen renovations in November 2018. The kitchen looks appealing to the eye but the problem lies in the details of the construction of the kitchen and in the lack of coomunication from the owner, Ranesh, as well as some of the shoddy workmanship from the different teams. So two weeks ago my kitchen sink fell, and I phoned Ranesh to get a team to sort this out, as it it was still within the time frame of the guarantee. Like always Ranesh promised that a team would come out on Monday, and they never came and he didn't think to tell me that the team was delayed or not coming. They eventually came the next day. They fixed the sink by borrowing our tools, and the drill that they had was not safe, as it had wires exposed. The team left, and then we noticed that the cupboard door was not closing properly. I phoned Ranesh to inform him and he said he would get a team out. He never contacted me again despite my emails and messages. Eventually on Friday after my text message he said he would have a team out by the end of the day. He never did send a person. He never contacted me again to tell me that he wasn't sending anyone.
