Just on our house, there have been 4 findings by the NHBRC against Todo Construction which ended up only being the tip of the iceberg. The latest report we received from Home Inspection S.A. (176 pages), revealed just how bad the construction is, and we will need to spend several hundred thousand Rand to fix this mess. Save yourself a lot of pain, costs and aggravation and view the properties at Redstone Private Country Estate before signing any paperwork with Todo Construction or before the estate's developer RSPCE Devco convinces you otherwise. Unfortunately, at present, you can only build in Redstone Private Country Estate if you use Todo Construction as dictated by the developer and for that reason, I would strongly recommend prospective homeowners look carefully at their options when building or buying in the Hartbee****rt area.</div>
