Cannot trust test results

They ***** up laboratory tests. My doctor had to redraw my blood to repeat the tests as they gave the senseless results the first time. Thereafter they phone me everyday to harass me to pay for the tests which they submitted incorrectly to the medical aid from the very moment the test results came out which was just 5 days ago. They don't know what they do and are extremely unprofessional.
