the abovementioned butchery needs to be inspected by health department as the following is taking place:<br> 1. selling old meat<br> 2. selling meat that smell off<br> 3. cockroaches under counters and cabinets<br> 4. sells so called home biscuits that is stale<br> 5. sells wors then you find the casings burst on a low heat fire<br> 6. the mince in the wors is loaded with fat ie 60% fat<br> 7. staff work bare hands with the meat in the back<br> 8. fat drains are smelly at times<br> 9. dead flies in cabinets<br> 10. cold rooms floors are filthy with old blood and fat<br> 11. fly catchers are not being daily <br> counter are not being sterilised<br> equipment have cross contamination as they are not cleaned continously<br> 12. owner do not accept complaints<br> 13. some plastic bags to pack meat seems as if was used before<br> 14. staff sneeze and cough over the open meat this is in the back<br> 15.biltong cabinets are dirty not clean reularly<br> 16.toilets and basin are smelly<br> 17.dustbins are not cleared on a regular basis<br> the municipality officials are bribed on their visits therefore we need an outsourced person to come and inspected un announced as he will be informed of all visits as people are on the payroll<br> the problem family is in council
