I bought a few items (2 x pairs of tekkies;1 x pair of flops; 5 pairs of underwear; 3 x t-shirts) from the Mall of Africa online store on the 24th of November 2023. on the 1st of Feb 2024 a scarf (**** GUCCI) was delivered at my place. I got in contact with them to explain the situation and they apologized and requested me to send the item back for a full refund. lol... think I've been ****med. How do you make such an error with a parcel that's coming from China to South Africa.
