Dear Tommee Tippee Customer Care, I am writing to raise a concern regarding the Tommee Tippee bottles I purchased. Unfortunately, the bottles do not close properly and tend to leak, making them very difficult and frustrating to use. This not only causes unnecessary mess but also raises hygiene concerns, as milk spills easily during feeding. What worries me most is that while my child is drinking, the leaking causes milk to spill on him, which is uncomfortable and concerning. I purchased Tommee Tippee specifically because of its reputation for quality and reliability, so I am very disappointed with this experience. Please advise on how this matter can be resolved—whether through replacement, refund, or another solution. I look forward to your urgent feedback.

I am deeply disappointed by Tommie tippee and I cannot let this go because the set I bought is very expensive. Months ago before I gave birth I bought their bottles from BabyCity at the Pavillion mall as they were highly recommended and had good reviews on tiktok and I am not happy with them. These bottles do not close properly causing them to leak on the sides, when closed you can see that it is not straight or clipping properly. Everytime when I am making a fresh bottle I need to at least try to close it a hundred times and sometimes I am successful and sometimes they leak. I would like to know the process of returning them as I have used them but I am disgusted by the results, my newborn is always wet, cause her to have a fungal reaction on her neck.

I bought a pack of 2 bottles at Babies R Us and I paid R400 for both...a month of having this bottles the numbers started coming off to a point where I cannot see it at all now..I'm using one of my daughter's older bottles where the numbers are still on so I can get the correct measurements...We Pay so much for theses bottles atleast engrave the numbers into the bottles make it worth the money ...I am extremely unhappy 🙁 ...

This brand is so horrible, I bought my first kit for my new born last year April via takalot and t the numbering on the bottles disappeared a month later and then I went to dischem and bought some few bottles and still the same thing haibo this is bull**** no more I would never recommend anyone to buy baby bottles

First off the product is expensive somyou would think you are buying value However my baby is 3 weeks old and we now have a problem with her burps (winds) because of the bottle Despite contacting them and explaining the problem are they too ignorant or arrogant to take responsibility.Pls clever consumers don't buy this product.Trust us lesson learned.

i bought a set of bottles on the 29th june, 1st teat was torn within a week, i threw it away and the same incident happened the following week, i emailed them explaining they said i should take it back where i bought it and asked if i still have the receipt i said no , i went to the store and told them i need a reprint they said they can’t trace it coz i don’t have the benefits card tommie tippee tells me they can’t help me just bcs i don’t have the receipt,They are not fair
