Bad service selling out of stock items

Bad services. The calls and the reception very bad actually out of order. Contact number not working at all ,items ordered online canceled after promotions and the refund is such a battle to get back actually I'm not sure if I will ever get my money back...I have to drive to the store again to make follow up.

They selling out of stock items but confirmed after the end of sale or promotions.
